I don't work in an office but we do have an office at home. We still could use some of those coffee tables, chairs and other stuff. 1. While hiking in one of the many trails in the State Forest, I come across a deer. The deer is very friendly and followed me everywhere I go. But I have to let the deer go because I have to move on.

2. I bend down to study the object more carefully, when another deer appeared to my face. What a lovely color.

3. Just below the clearing I see this wonderous waterfall and behind it I spotted a deer. I really enjoyed my hike very much especially getting to see more deers.

4. With much to remember on this hiking trip, I spotted a deer farm around the State Forest and met more deers.

Playing Golf

I don't really play golf but I love watching golf in the TV especially the professional golfer like Tiger Woods. He is one of the best player I know. I did play mini-golf many years ago though..hehehe! For most people golf is a boring game but once you come to know it will be addicted. 1. While sailing on vacation the sea gets rough and my boat hits against the rocks of an island, I fell into the water and able to swim in the shore. Thank God I'm a swimmer.

2. In front of me is a small cliff with a lighthouse, I was very happy to see it and tried to get there. Almost there!

3. I am able to climb the cliff and enter the lighthouse, when I met my prince charming. To my surprise he is the love of my life. My one and only hubby! lol

4. Happy to be able to spend time with my hubby on the island, I am very thankful to God that I'm alive and blessed.

Lion Stuffed Animals

The Jungle store is one of my favorite store online. They have a lot of stuff for kids. The other day we were looking for a gift for Abby's birthday. We went to Sam's club since I needed some groceries for the party. We saw a lion stuffed animals there and Abby loves it. But we didn't get it that day. It was a little bit pricey. Anyway I found some animal inflatable at the jungle store. It's perfect for Abby and it's not that expensive. I also found some party supplies which I also need for Abby's party.

PHOTO SHOOT and MARY KAY Cancelled

Today is supposed to be a photo shoot and Mary Kay party. For some reason nobody showed up. Everyone called and cancelled their appointment. Well, nothing we can do. It's life and it happened everyday. But I would say I never make any appointment and cancel. I guess when I say yes to the first person who invited me then I will make sure I will honor that word. I know some people said that they were coming but someone or somebody invited them so they will say they can't come. What about you what kind of person are you! Would you honor your word?

I can't believe what happened!

Last week when I was cooking our stove caught on fire. I was really scared and screaming to my mother for help. She was screaming too but she disappeared in front of me. I tried to kill the fire using the towel but it didn't stop. Anyway I turned on the faucet and wet the towel and used it to to kill the fire. Thank God it stopped. I totally forgot about the fire extinguisher that we have in the kitchen. I just can't believe what happened that day. I asked my Mom where she went and she said she was looking for help. But we have phone in the kitchen and she went to her room. I didn't know if she called 911. I never ask. I think it was the oil that's triggered the fire. Anyways I didn't tell hubby about it because I'm sure he will react differently. I will tell him in time when I'm ready. He doesn't read my blogs because he is too busy with his own business.

Sterilization for making Preserved

Technique for doing Preserves

4. Spoons = It is best to use a long handled wooden spoon for stirring. Use a slotted spoon for skimming off any surface scum on jams.
