Echinacea

According to Canadian Dental Association, sensitive teeth or gums are a sign of inflammation gingivitis. Echinacea is a product that promotes healing without damage to your health. If bleeding is common everytime you brush your teeth, keep away from synthetic nylon bristles that scrape or tear gum tissues.
Well, Echinacea is not new to me. We have been using Echinacea for colds and other illnesses. There's nothing better than natural products I can tell you!

Do you have sensitive teeth

I hate going to the dentist you know! It's not my favorite thing to do but I have to do it sometimes when it's needed. Toothache is not fun you know! According to Rachel Lockwood the reason teeth are such a threat to your health, in addition to their connection to every organ and gland in your body, they can harbor infections without any symptoms. Eliminate painful dental procedures by making your oral hygiene a priority you know. Try alcohol-free products.

Colon Cleanse

I've always compare a person to a car when in terms of maintaining our body and health. I mean look at this way if one part of the car is broken off then a car will not
be functioning properly right? It broke because you didn't take care of it earlier when you could have. The same thing for people. You might be suffering from bloating or something so why not try colon cleanse. It simply flushes all the dangerous toxins that's been sitting there in your body especially if you are taking drugs, alcohol, etc.
It's also eliminate bacteria and parasites in your digestive system. Our health is important so we have to care of it.

PR drops

We all know that PR drops has been affected to most people who are doing paid posts. I wasn't going to entertain this stuff but my highest PR blogs went 0. Can you believe that? I thought it was. Apparently the PR tool checker that I'm using is not working well or it's unavailable according to their site. One of my blog was 4 and then when I checked for another PR checker it's now 2. Unbelievable! What's going on?

Pigeon Forge Cabins

It was about four years ago when we went to Sault Ste. Marie for our Anniversary getaway. We stayed in a cabin first before we checked to a hotel. We like the cabin even though it was a small place. It wasn't really a fancy cabin likes the one at Pigeon Forge cabins. It was just for the time being since we didn't book a hotel earlier that day. We just drove off and then look for a place when we I arrived at that place. We enjoyed the Agawa Canyon Tour Train. It was a nice place. Anyway if you are looking for a place to stay Carey Cabins is the place. Their cabins are spacious and very comfortable. It's available for couples and family as well.

Good Pens

What is pen? Well according to the dictionary it is a writing implement with a point from which ink flows. And that's right! In fact we are all using pens even though typewriter and computer keyboard has came along. Pen is always needed everywhere especially where I work. I have lots of paper works to do so my pen is always in my bag. When we sign up some documents, cheques and ect. we need pen. Right? Now if you are looking for good pens Pensrus is the right store for you. They have everything you are looking for.

HOT PANDESAL

HOT PANDESAL

Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup evaporated milk (Kaffeemilch)
1/2 cup milk (H-Vollmich)
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons softened butter
1 to 2 tablespoon oil
4 cups flour
3 teaspoons dry yeast (trocken Hefe)
breadcrumbs (Paniermehl)

Direction:
Combine water, evaporated milk and milk and heat in the microwave for 35 seconds. Take note: *The liquid mixture must be lukewarm only and not hot. Besides, you also have to use dry yeast and not the fresh one or else your Pandesal will get that sour smell.*

Run tap water over the egg for 30 seconds to warm it. In a bowl, pour lukewarm liquid mixture and add all ingredients (except the bread crumbs) according to list order as suggested by the manufacturer. Mix well with a dough mixer. If you don’t have one…you may use a heavy wooden mixing spoon (Holzlöffel). Mixing the dough manually is quiet a hard task, but never mind, this is a good exercise for your bicepts. Mix around 15 to 20 minute.

Knead the dough!
After you have thoroughly mixed the ingredients, you’re ready for some real fun. Now, sprinkle a little flour on your clean kitchen counter or table. Keep a little extra flour on the side to use as you work the dough. Turn the dough out onto the table. Knead the dough with your hands by folding it then pushing it with the base of your palm. Knead for 10 to 15 minutes or until the dough is elastic and just a bit sticky. Dust with more flour as you knead if necessary. The dough is supposed to be somewhat sticky. So be careful not to add to much flour.

Give it a rest…
Put dough back into the mixing bowl. Cover the top loosely with a damp, clean cloth or plastic wrap sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Set the dough in a warm, draft-free place. Or in a 50°C (122°F) pre-heated oven. Keep dough covered until it doubles in size.
