It amazes me how she learned so much when I don't remember teaching her! She will be going to School in two months for the first time. Weeds in the Garden

I just cleaned most of the weeds in my garden last week and I hope it won't come back. I did it when it was raining so that I can pull it out easily. Thank God it worked. I just hate those prickly weeds. It driving nuts. I just wish I can find a way how to get rid of those prickly weeds without coming back. If you know some tips out there please let me know!

Moving out

It's now Thursday here and weekend is coming up. We are planning to go to the beach this Saturday so I hope the weather will cooperate. I can't believe August will be here soon too that's why we have to take advantage of the good weather before winter is coming. Oh! I Just remember a friends of ours that are moving out sometime. Well they said that they don't need our help since they are hiring some moving services which means somebody will help them.

Train to sleep early!

I just got back tonight from work around 11:20 pm and my daughter still up waiting for me. I's so worried about this because she is going to School for JK in 2 months. It's been like this for quite a while now. I need to train her to sleep early so that she will wake up early too. When she sleep too late she will wake up late too that's why I guess she still up when I get home. Anyway I'm going for day shift next week that way I can train her.

Some Furniture and Electronics

Hello friends! How are you today? My vacation is finally over and I just got back to work. Everything seems ok and no problem whatsoever. But I wasn't able to finish my job at home and I don't think I will never be. I still have to do some window and furniture cleaning. My furnitures are pretty old. I think I need to check KVM for new furnitures or perhaps some electronics.

Hot Tub Party

I talked about my dream house before and it wasn't that important whether it's a big one or not as long as there's a big garden in it. And yes I have a big garden in my frontyard and backyard. I just love all the flowers blossoming during spring and summer. I also have a big patio in our backyard where all the summer BBQ is happening. We always invited friends over for BBQ and drinks for fun. We also installed a portable pool in our backyard for the kids to enjoy. But we are also considering something for the adults. Our friends mentioned about Hot Tubs how great it is to have one in the backyard while the kids are having fun in the pool. We as parents needs to enjoy too you know! Oh well, the question is where do I find an affordable Hottub that suits our budget.

Photo Fun

Photography is a hobby of mine since when I was 19 years old. I remember my first film camera was a Konica. I took a lot of pictures and arranged then in an album. I still have my film negatives in the storage. Wow! that was a long time ago. I believe it was1989 when I started taking pictures. Now technology has gone digital including cameras. There's so much stuff now in the market that's obviously very tempting. I got my first digital camera 3 years ago and it's point and shoot canon. I really like it and my photography was getting more easier. You can do a lot with photo now like Photo Canvas, photo calendars. By the way aside from photography I also became addicted to digital scrapbooking and photography is a very big part of it. You can't do scrapbooking without pictures and with that I needed to take a really good pictures for my family especially my daughter. I can also use my photos for Holiday Photo Cards like Christmas and birthdays. Anyway my daughter is growing up and I really want to document everything that's why I got addicted to photography as well..lol. The truth is photography now a serious hobby so I decided to upgrade my camera into far more advanced. I got a DSLR Canon 400 about two years ago. I love it so much especially with all the lenses I've got. It's so incredible with what can lenses do to your photo. I found a site online that's offering photo sharing website, Photo Prints and photo gifts as well. There's just so many fun stuff that you can do with your photos. Believe me!

Bali Shades

For the longest time I have been dreaming about my own house and a big garden. Well, almost four years ago my dream came true. I have my own house now with my family in it. I was actually pregnant at that time with my daughter. That was like about two weeks after we moved in to our house. Anyway everything went fine and we are enjoying our home until now. My daughter is almost four now and she's going to School in September. I can't believe how time flies really quickly. Oh well, I'm glad we bought this house when we did because the price right now is too high. In fact it's getting high every year. Now it's time to do some remodeling or redecorating. I need to replace my old Blinds with new ones. The ones we have are really old and kind of dirty. I prefer to get a new ones since I don't really like them. It's just plain white blinds. I'm planning to get a different Window Coverings in my living and dining room. I have a perfect colors in mind right now. Wow! I'm so excited. i just hope hubby and I will agree on the colors. He mentioned though that he likes the Bali Shades and i don't have a problem with that because I like them a lot.

I need more memory cards

Aside from spending a lot of time in my laptop I also spend more time in Photography. As I keep fiddling with my camera I'm learning something everyday. I also finding more gadgets to add to my lists. One gadgets are memory cards one that's very important to have. One time when I went to the park I can't just resist photographing the flowers. Well I found out my memory card was full so I ended up erasing some of the pictures.. Now I learned my lesson.

Pets

My family loves animals especially small pets. We used to have four guinea pigs but now we only have three left. The other one died last year and and we were saddened by it. Gardening Definitions

Perennial = comes back every year. The upper part of the plant will die at the end of the season , but will return the next spring. Depending on the type of perennials:some can last for three years.
Annual = Grows, blooms and dies in a single year. Annuals are used to provide season long color in borders and containers.
Biennial = Grows from seed in one year and flowers in the next. The first year it provides foliage . it dies at the second year but many are self seeding so a new crop will grow the next year.

As I said before we are leaving for cottage today after all the errands. Hubby need to change the tire for the van. It takes 6 to 7 hours to where we are going. Speeding up my Laptop Memory

Well, aside from being active outdoor I'm also active indoor..hehe! I can't seem to get away from my laptop as soon as I'm in the house. I just love this piece of machine you know! But sometimes I feel bored when this machine slows down on me or the wireless internet is disconnected. Now I'm thinking of checking some computer memory to solve this problem.

Be Active this Summer

As I said before I'm on vacation this week so I tried to be active as much as possible so that I could lose a bit of my weight. I did a lot of walking in the park already and did some gardening. I had to removed those prickly weeds. I have a lot of mosquito bite too. Hello! I'm here to talk about my holidays and some shopping. I started my vacation this week and so far I've been doing something useful..lol. Hand Painted Italian Pottery

Almost seven years ago now when we went to Italy for our honeymoon. I just love Italy so much you know and I'm saving money for that.
