To boost your immune system on the road and help keep cold and flu at bay, Rubin recommends eating "foods rich in garlic and onions, as well as spices from the oregano family: oregano, thyme, marjoram."Try keeping oil of oregano and aged garlic extract supplements on hand when traveling in case you don't have access to the foods. "Probiotics are exellent to use during any travel or when eating out to prevent germs from from ruining your trip and keep your gut and immune system strong, "says Rubin.
