A Special Green Fruit

Two to three kiwis a day could rwpair damaged DNA and help prevent cancer. The study from New Zealand- the home of the kiwi- reported that one daily dose of kiwi [one kiwi for every 30 kg of body weight], in conjuction with improved physical activity and dietary adjustments, showed an increase in the repair of damaged DNA. The researchers aren't sure what produces such effects, but suggest that it could be the antioxidant content in the fruit.
