Della Salad by Chef Felice Vacca

2 cups of organic baby arugula
1/2 fresh pear
2 tsp of Inari olive oil
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
3/4 of Inari organic walnuts
3/4 cup of shaved parmesan cheese
salt and freshly ground organic pepper to taste

Mix ingredients together in a large salad bowl.
Garnish salad with shaved parmesan.
