Storage for you Preserved
Preserved goods have about one year of maintaining maximum eating quality, but could last longer. Lable each jar with the date and contents. Store in a cool dark and dry place since dampness and humidity will cause metal closures to rust. Do not freeze! In warm temperatures, bacteria can reactivate and grow causing spoilage.
