Conjugated Linoleic Acid

I was just talking a while ago about weight loss products and also acne. It seems to be the worlds the number one problems these days. While I was checking on these weight loss products and saw other words that I never encountered before. It’s called CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid). This product is totally new to me and I would really want to learn more about it. Have you heard about this?
