One of my relative just found out about his problem. His doctor told him that the pain in his knees was arthritis. He was so sad when he found out but it’s not severe one. In fact he still can jump around. Now a days you can get some relief for arthritis online. If your arthritis is not that serious but I would be very careful and make sure that your Doctor will know about it.
