When to buy a house!

If you are looking to buy a house/home, the fall and the winter are the best times to jump into it. Why? It's because the market is generally slower. There is less competition between the buyer's and less foliage allows for you to see the exterior of the house better. That's what my friend shared who is actually a real estate broker.
