There is a lot of controversy going to come of future developments in barcode scanner
technology. There are many who are pushing for the barcoding of
everything in existence, including humans. This makes sense to those
who are materially minded - as the song goes, I'm a material girl in a
material world.
The problem is that we are not living in just a material world but
also a spiritual universe. There are physical as well as spiritual laws
that make what we do here on earth matter for not just our lifetimes
but also for the rest of existence.
