Eggs for Breakfast "Kathleen Barnes"

Are you looking for an easy way to keep your weight under control? It could be as simple as making the right choice of breakfast.

Researchers St. Louis University found that eating the right low-calorie breakfast helped keep calorieand the fat consumption in check during the day. Those who ate a srambled egg and toast with fruit spread for breakfast said they continued to feel full hours later. They ate 22 percent fewer calories and 15 percent less fat at lunch that those subjects who got an equal number of calories with a bagel, cream cheese, and yogourt.

Better yet, the egg breakfast folks cut their calorie consumption over the next 36 hours.
