Black grapes are sometimes called red because their color varies from deep rose-pink to purple to black. Most of the flavor resides in the skin. I love grapes of any kind but I prefer seedless. Anyway Black Hamburg grapes, grown in hothouses, are fat juicy and fragrant. The Concord grapes, blue-black with a dusting of silver.
