Pink Hydrangea

Hyacinths

These are purple Hyacinths that I bought at the grocery store a couple weeks ago. I took tons of shots because I know it won’t last long. I used different settings and I also used texture that I bought from Patti Brown. I never used texture before and today I played with it. I think I’m getting hooked!

Marigolds in my garden

These are some of the Marigolds that I planted in the backyard. They look really bright and beautiful. I love its multi-colored. I took these pictures from the top of my daughter window’s bedroom. It was raining a little bit that day so it was perfect spot for me to shoot inside. 







I have planted some in the pots for my front door entrance!

I love Sunflowers

Here’s my contribution for this week’s Today’s flower. Sunflowers are very popular in the summer. I took these photos a while ago back in July but didn’t have a chance to share them. Now here they are. Enjoy the flowers and thanks for looking! By the way it’s not my flowers. I took these on the highway when driving so about three of those pictures was taken on a moving vehicle. On the way back home I had to stop and take more pictures. We had to hurry because it was a highway. Hubby gave me heck that time you know! We had kids in the car! lol

Prickly Wild Rose

Rosa acicularis
Prickly Wild Rose is a bushy shrub and commonly widespread in Ontario region. In general it’s usually densely prickles with many straight and slender thorns. It sweetly smells with their fragrant pink roses. Most part of rose shrubs is edible but the sweet nutritious hips are most commonly eaten and used to make tea.

Red-White Tulips

Tulips are one of favorite flowers in the spring. They only cone out in North America during that time. It’s a shame they don’t stay long for us to enjoy. But I don’t know in other country. They might stick longer or probably not. Anyway Tulips comes in different kinds of colors and I’m sharing a red-white tulips.

Dandelions

My daughter brought these dandelions that day when hubby picked her up from School.
Dandelions are yellow weeds that are starting to grow in the spring. You can’t miss it really! They are everywhere you look. It’s very popular for people who love photography because it’s a nice subject to photograph. I have tons of dandelion shots in my files since I own a camera.

Pink-Yellow Roses

Here’s my entry for this week’s today’s flower! One of my top favorite flowers is roses and red are also my top favorite colors. I bought these flowers to decorate my strawberry cheesecake last Valentine’s day. My daughter chooses this color. She loves pink but there wasn’t available pink that day at the stores. We got this color instead. They are beautiful roses. Aren’t they?

I love Hydrangeas

These flowers were taken last summer at Meadowville Garden Centre. Don’t you love these flowers? They are very pretty. We always visited this particular garden centre in July because they animals show in the premises. I can’t wait to go back this summer. That reminds me I need some seeds for my garden. First I need to do make some garden beds. We are new to this house and they aren’t garden beds here at all except a few flowers in the front. I already have some seeds that I need to sow indoor but I need more!

Pink Roses

Here’s my entry for Today’s flower. I just love roses especially red ones but pink are pretty too. These roses were taken last summer at my friend’s house. Look at the petals. Aren’t they gorgeous?
