Foods and Beverages to cut down when you have acne:
1. Milk and dairy
2. All processed foods and soft drinks that spike blood sugar.
3. Foods with saturated fats (animal meats, tropicals oils)
4. Foods with omega-6 oils including corn, safflower, sunflower and soybean oils.
5. Foods containing hydrogenated oils.

Acne Fighting Foods
When I was younger I had some acne /pimples and I wasn't very happy about it. I guess it has to do with my diet and the climate because when I moved to a cooler place I don't have it anymore. It's gone. Anyway I found this interesting acne fighting foods that can help you in case you have problem with acne.
1. Fish and seafood rich in omega-3 fatty acids.
2. Deeply colored fruits and vegetables, especially tomatoes with lycopene.
3. Green tea
4. Whole grains and fibre-rich foods.
5. Culinary herbs/spices such as ginger, turmeric and cinnamon.
