Ribs Barbecue

I don't have enough time to spend in the kitchen. That's why most of my recipe is so simple and easy to prepare. I put all the ingredients in the slow cooker and before I know it, it's ready to eat ; hehe!
4 pounds pork ribs
1 can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon celery seed
Directions:
Place ribs in a slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over ribs. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce heat to low and cook 4-5 hours longer. Thicken sauce for gravy if desired.

Vegetable Pork Chop

This meal is perfect for cold winter evenings. Try this and enjoy!
1 pound carrots
1 medium onion
1/2 cup raisins
3 tablespoons olive oil
8 pork chops ( 3/4 inch thick )
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika
Directions:
Layer carrots, onion and raisins in a 13 in. x 9 in. x 2 in. baking dish; drizzle with oil. Cover and bake at 325 for 15 minutes. Sprinkle pork chops with salt, pepper and paprika; place over vegetables. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 minutes longer or until pork juices run clear.
